This Wednesday we hiked the Lynn Valley Loop which is a 2 hour walk through the woods.  It is a spectacular walk through some stunning scenery.  It is quite steep in places and lots of rocks and roots to navigate.  It still boggles me when I see people running this track.  It took Shelly and I longer than usual to hike it because I had to stop every three  feet to take a photo.
