The sun was shining brightly so Shelly and I thought we would take a drive to Mt Seymour to check out the ski village.  It is about 15 mins drive from our house up a the mountain.  We probably should have had seasons tickets to this mountain instead of Grouse Mountain however Grouse is about the same distance away and has better runs.

If you look at the photos you can see Mt Baker in the background (it looks like its in the clouds).  This is an extinct volcano that is just enormous and takes your breath away every time you see  it.  There is a ski resort at the back of Mt Baker that we skied once before about 15 years ago.
